Welcome to Linxtro. By accessing or using our B2B manufacturing directory and sourcing platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be a business or authorised representative to register. You are responsible for the accuracy of listing information and for all activity under your account.

2. Manufacturer Listings

• Listings must describe genuine, currently available capabilities.
• Verification badges are earned from genuine buyer reviews following real business, are never sold with a plan, and may be revoked.
• We may moderate, suspend or remove listings that violate these Terms.

3. Inquiries & Transactions

Linxtro facilitates introductions and requests for quotes. We are not a party to any resulting contract, and we do not guarantee the performance of any manufacturer or buyer.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to scrape, resell or misuse directory data, submit fraudulent inquiries, or infringe the rights of others.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linxtro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

6. Acceptance

Creating an account requires you to confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. We record that confirmation with your account.
