Today we’re reviewing the Acer Nitro 5  a new-gen in the laptop community. Though the laptop may look very spectacular with black and red but is really good as they claim to be. But the first thing is, of course, we must test the Performance on this laptop before we give our honest review we must go after the style, sound, Keyboard and touchpad and of course the gaming part.

One thing this is my 100% my honest review on the Acer Nitro 5. To me personally, I own this laptop for at least 6 to 7 months as of right now. Now let’s get into the review 

STYLE

One thing about the style is its appearances if someone had this laptop they mean businesses. When you open the laptop you will be greeted with the red and black key bits which make it cool at the start. One thing is what is quality made out of to note is plastic all around the laptop, after all, it is gaming budget laptop to be fair, I didn’t mind at all but one downside I saw was you can’t change the keyboard into a different color, for example, the color red can’t be switch into any other color but the black and red.

Keyboard and Touchpad

To most people, we care about the keyboard mainly typing or play a video game. One thing to say for the keyboard is great to type your blogs or work and gaming. As you probably came here Yes it does light up when you touch a keyboard will glow red to make it even cooler try it at night. There is a way to turn it off and that is you can press FN+F9 to turn the keyboard backlight on and off. A thing to remember is once you stop pressing the keys the backlight turns itself off after 30 seconds.

 Sounds

When hearing video or music I personally think it could have done better with the audio by it not giving as much sound as most of Acer’s other laptops like the Acer Nitro 7 has better audio. Just taking a step back, most people who perform gaming usually have a headphone as yes the laptop does include a headphone jack.

Acer Nitro 5 Gaming Performance

Although this is a budget gaming laptop, it can perform great we test multiple games we found putting every high setting was a bad idea in my part. But we found putting most things in medium settings we indicated by the games all ran approximately 60 to 70 fps as it may be bad at most ties where you can increase your setting to higher fps you must have most setting on low and few on medium. As compared to other laptops some cant past 60 fps.

By reviewing the Acer nitro 5 pricing it’s over a solid price for 600 or higher depending on what specs you have bought 600 to 800$. A great budget gaming laptops by a few years ago it was not worth buying a gaming laptop as the new gens started to roll out better specs and now Acer Nitro 5 is one of the gaming budgets.

The laptop’s build quality isn’t the best, and some might be disappointed by the display’s color performance.

What kind of battery life does the Acer Nitro 5 have

Over the test I have been owning the laptop and playing video on it it does have weakness by your just watching videos or reading a blog on google the battery can hold up to 5 to 7 hours until it goes to 0%. Playing on video games depending on what setting you have for the game but for example, having the brightness of your screen low and your game setting on the medium it can last up to 3-4 hours. But in case if you don’t have your charger ready in case your in a match.

Should you buy the Acer nitro 5

As going over the Acer Nitro 5 review its safe to say that it’s overall a great budget laptop. It has gaming feel into the design may be great for some people. I recommend any person to buy the laptop at its price just at the 600$. I will say if your a travel person I wouldn’t recommend it has some weight into it. But overall a great budget gaming laptop for the most part, linxtro highly recommend Acer nitro 5
